Show A Quarter To 6

This is the formula i was building but it's not rounding to the first date of the quarter:

Show A Quarter To 6. Like other numbers, time can be added or subtracted. Quarter to means 15 until the next hour.

4:08 zippywalk recommended for you. 'a quarter to' and 'a quarter past' expressions are used when clock shows quarter hours. I know 'quarter to', or 'quarter til' or 'quarter after', but where did 'quarter of' come from?

Quarter → 15 minutes half → 30 minutes.

=date(year(e2),month(e2)+6+mod(month(e2),3) it would be quarters based on a standard calendar year. Quarter to means 15 until the next hour. When i ask the time and someone tells me it's a quarter of six what does that mean? I know 'quarter to', or 'quarter til' or 'quarter after', but where did 'quarter of' come from?
